Ruth is the Guest Experience Manager at Junkyard Golf Club. Delivering outstanding guest experiences is her passion and having a customer centric approach helps drive a continuous improvement culture within the business. As Guest Experience Manager, it is her responsibility to ensure all our guests feel listened to and are given not just the best service but the best experience so that they tell their friends about the venue and want to visit again. Ruth heads up a fantastic Head Office based team who look after business development, sales and customer service with a centralised focus on improving overall guest experience.
