Siobhan Lloyd is Marketing Manager at 200 Degrees Coffee. She has worked in the hospitality sector for several years, specialising in brand development and digital optimisation, both at agencies and in-house. Since taking on her current role as the sector reopened after COVID-19, she has become a key member of the leadership team and focused on building a marketing structure for the organisation. Her key highlights have been redesigning the coffee packaging,  which had remained unchanged for the past 8 years, where a research and customer focused approach was used to great effect, helping the brand to differentiate itself in a competitive marketplace.
