Michael Kearns, Head of Customer Success at Wireless Social

Working at McDonalds in Liverpool he led a website redesign project. After graduating, he headed up marketing for an app startup called Skiffl which focused on pre-booked revenue for VIP tables and drinks packages at nightlife venues. One of his biggest achievements in this role was gaining over 120,000 local impressions for under £20 through a Snapchat geofilter over Aintree Racecourse during the Grand National weekend. Since joining Wireless Social Michael has had two promotions. He joined as Customer Success Executive Before being promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and then to his current role as Head of Customer Success.
