Starting in his hospitality career aged 19 with Joe & The Juice in one of their first UK stores, growing from a juicer to Training Manager before moving to Tonteria. He he grew to Head of Marketing before joining the marketing department at The Cuckoo Club. It was here that he recognised an opportunity in the market for an app that focused on better knowledge of customers and focusing on regulars. He went on to found Embargo App, that now works with over 1,000 venues including Crosstown Doughnuts, The Gentlemen Baristas, Notes Coffee & Honi Poke and hundreds others.
