Aaron Solomon is the founder and CEO of Ambl Group Ltd, a business which he set up in July 2021. The business connects those actively considering dining with venues through a mobile app. The idea started from a lightbulb moment, when Aaron was asked to book a last-minute table for a work group and found the existing options of booking counter intuitive, he thought it should be as easy as ordering an uber or takeaway. After raising £100k and building a prototype, the business signed up 150 venues and raised a further half a million. He quit his day job a year ago this month and has since pre-signed 1,200 venues, as well as raising an additional £2.5m.
