Phil Leather, Head of Digital at Gusto Italian, has been leading Gusto’s digital strategy since April 2018. A 30 Under 30 alumni, he has spearheaded the launch of both a new website and more recently, the Gusto Gold Rewards loyalty programme and progressive web app.


Previous to this, he worked at Red’s True Barbecue, winning 'Best Marketing Campaign' at The Cateys 2016.
