Mary Coriano has been with Merlin for over eight years, initially managing the global rollout of the company’s admission system and driving productivity initiatives from a technology perspective. Prior to joining Merlin, Mary spent approximately 15 years leading business transformation initiatives at EMI Music and later at Transport for London (TFL). Since September 2020, Mary has been responsible for shaping the technology strategy and innovation roadmap for Merlin’s commercial systems, including retail and F&B, as well as digital and payment solutions such as the mobile app, digital signage, car parks, CRM, and SWP. Additionally, she oversees employee systems, encompassing productivity, HR, and payroll.
