Having started out in front line hospitality 16 years ago, Lizzie has worked in menu innovation and insight across several of the industry’s leading hospitality brands including Wagamama, Bill’s, The Ivy Collection and most recently Côte Brasserie, where she is Head of Food and Drink.

Established in 2007, Côte Brasserie is the UK’s leading French casual dining brand with 76 locations across the country. Lizzie looks after the menu development process for both Côte and its At Home brand, ensuring they continue to stay at the forefront of innovation, representing the very best of French cuisine on the high street.
