Lisa is recently appointed Global Chief Retail Officer for BrewDog bars and hotels. Having worked in hospitality all her career, most recent roles have included establishing LTR (Leisure TV Rights) in conjunction with ITV brands and senior roles in Wagamama and Cote restaurants.

Relentlessly focussed on people, brand and operational excellence, an industry mentor and super passionate about growing careers and innovating brands. Lisa also works as a charity trustee in a bid to utilise her business acumen for community benefit.
