Libby has extensive marketing experience in the United States and the UK in the food and drink industry. She has coordinated national multi-channel campaigns for restaurants, retail brands and culinary personalities including Chilango, Hearst Magazines, Knopf Doubleday Publishing Group, the Julia Child Foundation, GLORIOUS! Soups, Sweet Chick and Action Against Hunger. She is also one of the founding members of Ladies of Restaurants, a networking organisation for women who work in hospitality. Libby’s head of marketing of the award-winning Vietnamese restaurant group Pho, Libby runs the social media, public relations and marketing strategies for 25 restaurants across the UK.
