Jonathan co-founded The Breakfast Club in 2005 and has led the business through the last 2 decades, from a single caf in Soho to 15 locations across London, Brighton, Oxford, Gatwick and Chelmsford. He believes great hospitality is always the key to surviving the endless challenges faced by the industry. That and surrounding yourself with great people. Jonathan can’t remember a life or career before The Breakfast Club. It’s been that long!
