As a restaurant and bar experience driver and emotion designer, Hilari has been developing F&B experiences for hotels around the world for the past 8 years. Her passion for the curious art of creating great spaces has led her to the UAE, joining Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to drive F&B experiences globally. With 90 hotels in operation and a healthy hotel opening pipeline, her time is split between researching what makes consumers tick and defining the tools to bring F&B to the forefront of the Fairmont portfolio.
