Catherine Roe is Chief Executive of Elior UK, one of the country's largest foodservice operators, a position she has held since 2014. Catherine has an MA from Oxford University and a postgraduate qualification from Cambridge University. Catherine is proud to lead a UK board which comprises over two-thirds females, fostering a culture of inclusivity and equal opportunity throughout the organisation. She is a strong advocate for diversity in business and takes pleasure in coaching and mentoring women to help them thrive in the hospitality sector.
In addition to Catherine’s responsibilities at Elior, she has been an integral part of the operating board of the Women of the Year organisation since 2003, serving as Chair from 2018 to 2021, furthering her commitment to empowering women. She recently qualified as an executive coach, earning the Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors.
