Bio

Born in 1969 and raised in a multi-cultural family, Christopher JONES is a true food lover. He graduated in 1989 from the Montreux Hotel Institute, and completed his studies with a BBA in Hotel Management within the Glion International Center in Switzerland. He started his career in the food industry in 1992 as Operations Director for different groups such as Groupe Flo, Paul bakeries and Brioche Dorée as a franchisee. In 2007, after 15 years in the food industry, Christopher embraced new challenges by joining the optical industry, at Krys Group. He was then called by the garden center group Jardiland to organise the merger and acquisition of another company. In 2015, boosted by these experiences, he returned to his first love : Food. He worked as International Managing Director for the italian brand Vapiano, having expanded this brand in 25 different countries on all continents. In 2019, Christopher joined Amrest Group as Franchise & Concession President. With strong experiences as Franchisee and Franchisor and an accurate knowledge of the food industry ; Christopher JONES became Sushi Shop President while continuing to be the Franchise expert for Amrest Group.
