Anthony founded the first incarnation of Yummy Collection in 2007 and has evolved the business over time adapting to an ever changing hospitality landscape. In October Anthony and the Yummy team launched Faber, their first full restaurant after many years honing skills in the pub trade. The team now plan to develop and grow their sustainable seafood restaurant concept giving equity to team members and focusing on an ethical offer they can all be proud of.
