Vicky is the UK Marketing Director for global fried chicken giant Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen recently dubbed ‘Hype Monster’ by Eater 2022. Popeyes now has more than 3,800 restaurants globally, having first opened in New Orleans in 1972. The brand made its debut in London in November 2021, with ambitious plans to launch hundreds of restaurants across the UK. The first restaurant in Stratford is now the highest performing store in the world & at Popeyes openings in 2022 people queued for over 12 hours through the night to be one of the first to try the legendary chicken sandwich. Previously of Franco Manca & PizzaExpress Vicky has over 10 years of hospitality marketing experience after starting her career in FMCG at Heinz. She was also named in the 30 Under 30 Restaurant Marketer and Innovators list of 2018.
