Steven has been Managing Director of HGEM since 2008. Over that time, he has worked closely with leading hospitality operators to pioneer the business discipline of Guest Experience Management and develop the tools and services to support it. He also has extensive consultative experience from multiple sectors in change management, business process improvements, and helping businesses to successfully onboard tech platforms.
