Co-founded Feng Sushi in 1999 and acted as the executive chef followed by managing director. Pionering home delivery, food e-commerce and sustainability. Since leaving in 2016 Silla was the MD for Genji UK, launched SushiDaily's first brick and mortar Grab and Go concept, headed up their NPD and recently been the R&D Director for German sushi operator Eat Happy. Silla w work as a consultant to the restaurant and sushi industry whilst running own business concept SushiSTØRE.
