Sarah has been making waves in the hospitality industry for over 10 years working at UK groups such as Novus Leisure, Young’s Pubs and of course, BrewDog. As Director of Global Retail Marketing, Sarah leads marketing strategy for all 100+ bars & hotels across the World; from big brand partnerships to strategic sales-driving initiatives and openings of award-winning icon sites, BrewDog Las Vegas and Waterloo. She keeps digital strategy and pre-booked revenue at the forefront of all campaigns, ensuring customer experience or local site buy-in is never compromised at the expense of conversion.  Her passion for the industry has led to an expert understanding of all things hospitality from the ground up.
