Sam Bourke has had an extensive career in both marketing and hospitality and is currently Marketing Director at Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C., the premium pubs and hotels business. She is responsible for all elements of the marketing mix including local marketing and the complete digital customer journey.
Prior to joining Fuller’s, Sam was Marketing Director at Wasabi, having held previous marketing roles at The Restaurant Group and ETM. Sam has a passion for wine – where she specialised in her early career – food and pubs,. Sam is also a non-executive director of industry-leading guest Wi-Fi and analytics provider, Wireless Social.
Sam is originally from the Republic of Ireland and has a BA in French and German from Cork University. She now lives in North London with her husband Tony and two sons. She is an avid Ireland rugby fan and enjoys travel, design and being active.
