Stacey Plaine is the Senior Marketing Manager for Food and Beverage in the UK for Marriott International. Since graduating from Queensland University of Technology in Australia she has worked her way up through various hotel marketing positions, before starting her current role last year. She is responsible for revenue generation marketing for the F&B outlets in 54 properties.
