Polly started her career as a chef and love the adrenaline of working in a busy kitchen environment. After university she joined the Grocery buying team at Fortnum & Mason, particularly enjoying Christmas while working with the brand. From here she joined the commercial team at SSP, where she went about a steep learning curve working for a business that followed the mantra ‘follow the money.’ Her recent move has seen her move to Elior UK to head digital strategy in the Senior Digital Optimisation Manager, which she started earlier this month.
