His career highlights include opening a total of 25 venues in circa 2 years - including the mega venues in Waterloo and Las Vegas. Whilst at Cote he has developed a new menu proposition for Cote Restaurants, incorporating b-Corp and sustainable brands, and elevated cocktail serves.He has also worked on supplier negotiation and on-boarding at Cote to introduce the first British brands to the business as key suppliers, and leverage the growing 'low & no' category.
