Nika Latynina, Category Manager, Food & Beverage, Hakkasan Group
Starting her career in the hospitality supplier side, working with Pip & Nut and We Are Tea, Nika made her move into hospitality at TRG Concessions and has since moved to work with Hakkasan Group, first as a category analyst and then Category Manager in food and beverage. In this position she has implemented 2 brand new cocktail menu concepts into the London sites which were successfully launched internationally in Turkey, UAE and Qatar and led the development of signature bottled cocktails for the At Home market during the pandemic.
