Molly Capel, Business Development Manager at Red Engine
After a variety of roles she realised, after shadowing a BDM this was a role that was well suited to her. She was offered the job of multi-site Business Development Manager at Red Engine (Flight Club and Electric Shuffle). She quickly signed one of its largest deals to date for the company - a full venue buy-out at Christmas for its largest site, Victoria. She was quickly given a third site after less than a year and turned this site around to increase its events by almost double.
