Lucy Chase-Gardener, Group Senior Marketing Manager, Coffeesmiths Collective
Lucy is the Group Senior Marketing Manager of Coffeesmiths Collective and has extensive experience working in the industry, previously holding positions with the likes of Aubaine and GAIL’s Bakery. At Coffeesmiths, Lucy has worked on the strategy and implementation of 360 degrees marketing plans for all brands across the estate. Most recently she has overseen the trial of their new customer wifi portal and CRM system which will allow the brand to scale their loyalty programme and customer engagement.
