Laura Elder is Commercial Category Analyst at SSP UK Joined, where she has worked sinceNovember 2018. During this time she has worked across a portfolio of over 20 brands including both internal concepts and external brand partners. Laura’s current brand portfolio includes, Bars & Casual Dining, Dublin Airport, New Concept Development, Business Development and Availability Project Lead. Career highlights include leading and developing the category strategy across our UK Bars & Casual Dining brands generating over £70m in revenue and £15m in EBITDA in FY21/22, including implementation, review, and optimisation of successful new menu launches. Growing a newly acquired business from just 4 units to over 20 trading units at Dublin Airport and working closely with Head of Concepts and Head of Food Development to innovate brand and category strategies for a suite of highly successful new in-house brands including Juniper and Soul & Grain.
