Kate Dell has over 6 year’s experience working in the hospitality industry and is currently the Senior Regional Marketing Manager at Wagamama. Her primary responsibilities include writing the regional marketing strategy for Wagamama, managing the marketing team and budget for all three regions as well as executing the marketing activity specifically within the North region. One of Kate’s key achievements at Wagamama was being the key lead in launching the brand’s national charity partner and driving the brand focus on employee wellbeing.
