Having started her career in operations at Mitchells and Butlers alongside University, Jessica returned to the company in a marketing role, gaining promotion before moving to Marstons as Brand Manager of their Revere Pub Company, before recently being promoted to Senior Marketing Manager for Guest Proposition & CapEx. Her biggest career highlights have been a brand redevelopment of The Lost & Found concept and working on a new gifting revenue stream, adding £2m in online gift card sales.
