Starting his career in hospitality behind the bar during university, Jack, realised he loved the industry and took a part time job with Novus Leisure’s sales and marketing team in outbound sales. He quickly became the highest taking sales team member, ringing more phones than a PPI call centre in 2010. Once he graduated he joined Tokyo Industries, firstly in operations and then in sales and marketing, where his role involved a hands on approach to overseeing the wider marketing activity for some of the coolest club brands in the UK. With a short break away from hospitality Jack returned to the industry tom join Mission Mars to head up digital marketing.
