Holly Knowles is Senior Marketing Manager at Caprice Holdings. She started her career in luxury fashion within companies such Burberry and Ralph Lauren, after studying marketing at London College of Fashion. She stepped into hospitality with a career move to Marriott, where she worked with restaurants such as JW Steakhouse, Corrigan’s, Park Room and assisted on the launch of Ruya, Mayfair. She then moved to Grace Belgravia, a private members club centred on health & wellness. Her current role at Caprice Holdings sees her working with iconic brands such as Scott's Mayfair, Sexy Fish and Daphne's. Each brand has an individual identity, audience, and story to tell. A career highlight has been managing the opening of Scott's Richmond and assisting on the opening of Bacchanalia.
