Holly currently works as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Casual Dining Group where she has a key role within the concessions team, supporting the group’s collection of franchise and concession brands across the UK. Previous to this, Holly worked for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and Edwardian Hotels London.
