George Purnell is the Founder of Koop + Kraft and has a passion for reinventing comfort food and classic drinks. George started his career in hospitality at 18 years as Restaurant Manager, working his way up to Brand Strategy Manager for a chain of three bars across Portsmouth. At 25, he now owns his own restaurant located in Cowplain, Waterlooville.
