Ben Fagan is Digital Product Manager at KellyDeli, where he has been seen October 2021, where he has managed the build and launch of an 11 country website and a click & collect platform across 150 sites. He manages the companies CRM strategy, developing toolkits for each local team to execute each month. His major career highlights before this came from his time at Sainsbury, where he was part of the team that transformed the Nectar loyalty programme from plastic cards to a digital app and introduced the behavioural economics framework to Sainsburys in order to reshape how they communicated with customers to drive sales without using money-based incentives.
