Andrea Jansen, Mobilisation Manager at SSP
She moved to the UK in 2018 and started her career in F&B, managing and opening restaurants and cafés in the travel sector. She has had many projects and achievements to be proud of such as managing award winning bars like Juniper & Co, opening 20+ airport bars and travel cafés in past 3 years. As well as launching larger keystone projects like The Fallow Bar & Kitchen and The Mezz Food Hall in Dublin Airport. She prides herself in being creative and intuitive but also analytical and a good communicator.
