Alice Leach, Head of Product Innovation, The Cornish Bakery

Having spent most of the past decade front of house and in training roles in independent outlets and with Cote Brasserie, Alice took a bold step to retain as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu at 27, then rejoined Cote as a Regional Training Chef. More recently she joined Boston Tea Party in the role of Food and Drink Development Manager, where she launched a number of successful dishes. Then last summer move to Cornish Bakery as Head of Product & Innovation.
