Nick started his career as a strategy consultant, advising on growth and M&A - and eating far too many meals at his desk. Despairing at the lack of flavour & excitement, Nick founded Yolk as the antidote to pre-packaged chains. After several years of testing and pop-ups, Yolk now serves 'fine fast food' from five London locations, with another four to follow this year.
