Myles is a senior executive with 30 years’ experience in the FMCG, leisure and hospitality sectors, with a proven track record in building to scale both privately owned and PLC businesses for both exit and long-term growth. His career has spanned multi-channel sales, commercial partnerships & agreements, route to market, product creativity, marketing, operations, and procurement with a successful footprint of building brands and profitability throughout the UK.
He has successfully exited two previous businesses and supported a business through an IPO process to list on the market in London on material upside muliples.
He has worked with many of the leading hospitality operators in the UK and has a superb network of industry connections and relationships at C-suite level within the hospitality and drinks brands markets in both Europe and the US.
He has achieved significant successes in creating and growing sector operator brands in reach and value, exploiting emerging consumer trends, leveraging commercial initiatives to drive growth and profitability whilst maintaining an unwavering focus on guest experience.
He has and continues to work with the largest drinks brands in the world, including celebrity founder led brands and disruptive start-ups, to develop their reach and relevance whilst sharing learnings for continuous improvement, including launching new brands and growing distribution by way of sales representation and advisory support through creative collaborations, drinks program activations and consumer positioning.
