Matt leads the digital operations strategy for EMEA at Subway. This remit spans across over 3,000 restaurants, covering both in-restaurant technology and off-premise (3PD / mobile order) channels. Matt has a genuine passion for unlocking enhanced value for guests and franchisees, utilising technology. His robust operational experience allows him to be the operators conscience in the centre, ensuring technology seamlessly meets with operator requirements & guest experience for the long-term.
