Now brand & marketing director at Boston Tea Party, the purposeful cafe operator born in Bristol, Lucy has spent more than twenty years immersed in the world of hospitality. After a spell in the kids’ play sector, Lucy joined a fledgling Las Iguanas, at the time still a Bristol-based independent, and helped to grow it into an award-winning national brand. Last year she returned to her indie roots, joining BTP on their journey to make things better for their customers, their team and the planet, most recently launching their Hey Big Coffee Chain campaign, calling for a ban on single-use coffee cups.
