Lucy has worked in Marketing for ten years, starting her career in fashion at Ralph Lauren, before moving to where her real passion lies: food and hospitality. Having spent four years at Gail’s Bakery, she joined Eataly in early 2020 where she heads up the market team for London. The role has seen her navigating the challenges of the pandemic whilst hiring a team to successfully open the 42,000 sq. ft. restaurant and market concept in London in April 2021.
