Ken Umasanthiram is currently Head of Food for Brakspear, Ken is a customer and team focused leader. Ken favours modern British Cuisine with a twist. He emphasises local sourcing and sustainable supplier relationships, arguing that knowing where your produce comes from and working closely with suppliers leads to better-quality dishes. In 2023 Ken was shortlisted as one of the top 5 executive chefs in the UK by FEJ.
