John is the Co-CEO of Aurify Brands, an innovative New York City-based hospitality company that creates, grows and operates networks of category-leading fast casual restaurants including The Little Beet, Melt Shop, Fields Good Chicken, MAKE Sandwich, and The Little Beet Table. The current portfolio comprises 50+ restaurants across six brands in multiple markets including New York, Chicago, and DC, among others. John serves on the NYC Food & Beverage Council recently formed by the de Blasio Administration as well as on the Board of Directors of the NYC Hospitality Alliance.
