Bio
Hannah heads up marketing for Bone Daddies group, with a focus on delivering great guest experience and rewarding loyal noodle fans. Bone Daddies has been serving rock ‘n’ roll ramen in the heart of London since 2012, and is famed for its homemade 20+ hour pork broth. Hannah also leads on marketing and strategy for the group’s sister restaurants Flesh & Buns and Shackfuyu.
Hannah started her marketing career with 5+ years at JD Wetherspoon, leading on the implementation of the Wetherspoon app and other digital projects. She moved to tech start up PepperHQ, where she developed loyalty marketing strategies and campaigns with 50+ top UK hospitality brands, including Itsu, Young’s Pubs, and Chopstix. She’s also on the Board of Trustees for The Royal Association for Deaf people, and is passionate about accessibility in hospitality.
