Gavin Smith is MD at Pizza Pilgrims, joining in 2018 after 4 years with Wahaca. Previous to this spent 9 years with MAB, 7 with premium Pubs and 2 years with Browns restaurants. Gavin began his carer as a Chef in the Lake District and subsequently completed every job in a restaurant / pub, loving every one of them.
