The judges have decided to give this award to a brand that created a collaboration that’s as socially impactful as it is innovative. Teaming up with Jamaica’s most trusted paper, The Gleaner, they’ve given a voice to the Caribbean communities that inspire the brand. More than this, they’ve set up mentoring programmes and are making changes to the supply chain to support economic growth, supporting Black-owned brands that pave the way for meaningful change and opportunity for Black communities in the UK.
