Gather & Gather recognised a problem in their guest journey in the ordering & payment of hot drinks at their client locations for Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). They embraced technology to improve the guest journey & therefore support employee productivity. A bespoke app, powered by WioPay & Masterpass, was tested & then rolled out to 45 locations, before being broadened to include grab & go items. The judges were particularly impressed with the high usage levels, as well as operational, customer & client benefits.
