Having started her career in marketing and innovation at Carluccio’s, becoming a pasta-obsessive, Connie swapped linguine for noodles with a stint at wagamama. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Connie volunteered at the ethical impact investment fund Water Unite as Marketing Manager, before accepting a role at its sister business ethical FMCG brand One Water. She has now returned to her first love, hospitality, where she enjoys curating wonderful experiences for guests with Côte at Home.
