Before joining the brand famous for its spicy flame-grilled chicken, he was Managing Director at All About Food, an FMCG company specialising in bringing favourite restaurant brands into the retail sector and prior to that had extensive retail experience with Asda Walmart, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.

Since joining Nando’s, Colin has concentrated on evolving an already successful business, with a particular focus on technology and bringing about new and innovate ways to bring PERi-PERi to an ever more environmentally and flexitarian conscious generation of consumers.

Colin sits on the Hospitality & Leisure Advisory Board for Pennies, a UK charity which works to protect and grow micro-donations by partnering with retailers and payment providers.  Colin is also a member of the Hospitality Sector Council, a collaboration between Government and the hospitality sector.
