Claire is Marketing & Commercial Director at Elior UK, one of the UK’s leading contract caterers across the Stadia, Concessions, Education, Healthcare and B&I sectors. She joined the team in 2021 as Director of Innovation, leading digital, NPD and concept innovation. Prior to this she spent 3 years at SSP UK as Head of Commercial, managing SSP’s owned brand portfolio, including Upper Crust and Pasty Shop. Graduating from Cambridge with a degree in Natural Sciences, she transitioned into the hospitality sector, as Brand Manager for Frankie & Benny’s at the Restaurant Group and Group Marketing Manager at ETM. Claire is the proud winner of a 2018 RMI 30 Under 30 Award and 2022 30 Under 30 Acorn Award.
